OOO Disk is a fabrication company that develops and manufactures friction products by the method of powder metallurgy.

The company is located in Russia, near the Urals and Siberia border in the city of Chelyabinsk. Chelyabinsk is an industrial metropolitan city with population of over 1.2 million people. Chelyabinsk is a large transportation hub connected by transport routes to the entire continent.

Today we offer the following products:

• sintered friction disks;

• metal friction disks;

• brake pads for rail transport;

• brake pads for industry.

Generally, our products have a metal core with a pressed-on or sintered ceramic-metal friction layer. The friction layer consists of a mixture of metal and non-metal powders.

Our products are used in clutch systems and brake units, and utilized by companies in the machinery & equipment, transportation and other industries.

Our company was founded in 1998.

From the very beginning, our main goal has been to create high-quality friction products that are able to satisfy the needs of the most discerning customers.

Our products are capable of operating in dry as well as wet friction conditions and have excellent friction and wear resistance characteristics.
