OOO Disk constantly carries out activities aimed at the satisfaction of increasingly higher customer requirements to friction products. The execution of this task requires implementation of a series of specific steps:

• Development of materials, whose technical specifications and quality meet the customers' demands and concurrently ensure long operation of friction products and an their adjacent parts. We carry out systematic research in cooperation with domestic and international research centers.

• Our products are developed and tested in close cooperation with our customers. The products are tested on test benches and in operating conditions.

• We carefully control the quality of products, manufacturing materials and processes at each stage of a multi-stage production.

• Our employees periodically go through update training to enhance competence and responsibility for their work. Each employee is involved in the process of quality improvement.

Due to these measures we manage to ensure high standards of products quality that our customers can rely upon.

The products of OOO Disk meet the current environmental standards and we continue to improve our products and manufacturing processes to reduce the environmental impact.
